Tell us how you did, and what your goal will be for the following week.  The goal can be weight, food, behavior, or exercise related...whatever you need the most help with.  Good luck!

My weekly goal had been to get in some formal exercise 5 out of 7 days this past week.

My goal was to eat 100% SB clean for the week. I was about 98% clean. I had a couple of cocktails when out for dinner one night and a bowl of Frosted Flakes in a weak moment one evening.

My weight dropped pretty rapidly at first. I lost 4.5 pounds in 3 days but since it was probably water weight it inched back up. So, the good news is that my net loss for the week is 2 pounds. Not bad.

My goal for the coming week SHOULD be to get back to the gym. But, for some reason I am not motivated to get there lately. They switched up the class schedule on me and it really messed me up. So, yes....my goal will be to get to the gym 3 times this week to start.

I hope every one else had a successful week; I can't wait to read all about it!!!

My goal last week was to eat as clean as possible given that I would be away and unable to control most of what I ate. I failed at that horribly...I think the only veggies I ate were asparagus (grilled with lots of butter) and string beans (which were probably legal - my friend's mom uses Smart Balance). I also gained 6 pounds in 4 days.

So. This week.

2 goals:

1) EAT CLEAN!!!!!!!!

2) Exercise at least 5 times. Ideally, that would mean that I make it to the gym 5 times, but I'm realistic and I'll shoot for 2 times at the gym and 3 one hour+ long walks around my neighborhood.

Past Races:
-Boston Run to Remember Half Marathon, 5/29/11 (2:35:11, no training!)
-Corporate Run, 3.5 miles 6/2/11 (36:38, 4 days after running the half!)
-BAA 10k, 6/26/11 (1:04:52, wanted to be under an hour...)
-Tavern to Tavern

I ate almost clean for the week, Saturday was my not so clean day, but overall the rest of the week was pretty good.

Did not get in any formal exercise, but I am finding ways to walk more - like parking far away from the entrances to where I'm going type things.

I have no idea if I've dropped any weight, but some of my clothes are feeling better.

If it weren't for the scale not moving I would say I had a really great week! I have been eating totally clean, and have not missed a workout! My 5K is coming up in two weekends, so I have really been focusng on my running. I remain patient- but it is all very frustrating to be doing the right thing and not be "rewarded" for the hard work!

I think I only put in my ultimate goal which is to lose 10 pounds by the end of the year.

I ate birthday cake 3 days last week...ugh. Between my DD's 13th birthday and my great nephew's 1st birthday, we just partying all weekend. So no loss on the scale for me this past week.

But since Monday, I'm back on track. Eating has been good (no more cake in the house), and I'm working on getting my 4 or 5 days of exercise this week. It's my experience that when I first get back to exercise, after a prolonged absence, I actually see the scale go up a bit. So I'm trying not to let that discourage me. I'm gonna keep going no matter what. That's my new motto.
