I haven't been to my gym in the 'burbs for a few months.
Ok, I weighed in this morning...117.
I popped in really late, so I'm sticking with the same goal for the next week:

Last week I lost 2 lbs on the first week of Phase 1, ate all the correct food on the list.
This week I'm on wk 2 of the sb and this time I added fruit,and a little grains, went on scale and I'm going down so the fruit and brown rice didn't effect my loss.
1-This week I heading into Phase 2-going to have fruit for afternoon snack and going to try starchy veggies.
2-Drink more water,even it it getting cold out
3-exercise more,than 30 min going to add an additional 10 m per day.
Tomorrow is my W-I lets see what it did.

Hi group.
For the past week I've done good w/ my exercising..5 days a week.
Further detail on my situation:
Well I made it to the gym once, however I did move aroung more then usual. Last Wed, Thurs, and Friday I walked to go and get my lunch. On Saturday my son had a flag football game and I walked around the park while they were practicing before the game. On Sunday it was rainy and I did not do much. Monday I went to the gym for about an hour - I did a five minute warmup of walking on the treadmill and then did some weights working chest, back, shoulders, and arms.
