My goal for this past week was to get back to the gym....and I failed miserably...didn't even get there once! The fact that they made some drastic changes to the class schedule really makes me mad. Not only are the classes I like changed to other times, but there are no classes at all at certain times when it's convenient for me to get there. However, that doesn't mean that I couldn't have gotten there to do treadmill, elliptical, weights, spin classes, etc.
Eating-wise I am doing well - sticking to my meal plans. My weight is still down 1.5 pounds since the start of the challenge.
My goals for this coming week is to keep eating clean, add more water, and get to the gym 3 times.
Well, the scale *finally* moved for me after MONTHS! I have purchased a 2 liter water bottle and have been really good at finishing at least once (usually twice). I have eliminated wine for awhile, as well as refined grains (pasta and bread). I am also cutting out cheese again for awhile (I already do soy milk). I just know how my body feels when I am eating really "clean" (read: vegan) and I want that feeling back again!
Im sorry to hear about your Father in Law. Im glad you were able to take some time off work to be able to be with the kids during this difficult time, I am sure it helps them and your husband as well.
