Here is my deal...

I am almost, right there on the brink, of losing enough weight to say I am under 200 lbs! I have lost 35 or so and am doing great. However, I am now at 201 and holding. For some reason that under 200 mark is harder to obtain. OH BUT I want it so badly.

Give me some pointers on what I can do to lose those few pounds~ I so desperatly want to !!!! My goal weight for my build and body heigth is 175. So I do have a ways to go...however I just want those 3lbs NOW NOW NOW.

HELP!!!

I was going to suggest journaling, so we can see more accurately what your days are like.

Congrats on your success so far!!! I would kick up the exercise a notch, drink more water, watch portions on calorie dense foods (cheese, nuts, salad dressing, oil) and be sure you are eating enough. Sometimes cutting back on food can stall you. It goes against everything we've ever learned about losing weight, but you have to eat to lose...keep your metabolism working FOR you!

Good luck getting to ONEDERLAND!!!!

I have not been doing any time of structured fitness plan. However, I am getting the walking indoors series of videos. I do run after my VERY active 14 month old though. When I get home from work I rarely sit until at least 8:00. I thought that maybe I could get some low impact videos to start with. That way my little one can play or do it along with me, which I know she will. She keeps me on my toes.

Yeah I do eat quite a bit of cheese. Too much to be honest. I use to eat a lot of nuts but finally changed that. So maybe I do need to work on my cheese intake.
