Totally Frustrated

Hi girls!
This isn't my first go around with SBD, so if I were reading this, I would reply and say "Hang in there!"...ha!
But here's my issue.
I've done two weeks of phase one, (no cheats) and 3 weeks of phase two (no cheats)...after phase one, I had lost 13 pounds. It's a lot, I know, and it happens every time I do phase one. Moving on to phase two...I gained 2 pounds...and stayed there.
I go to the gym 3-4 times per week, once with a trainer. Here's a sample of my daily menu (I always have lots of water throughout the day in addition to this):
Breakfast: either one egg - over hard or oatmeal.... either one always with 2 pieces of turkey bacon, 1/2 cup sf yogurt, iced tea and vitamins
Snack: 3 stalks of celery + LC wedge OR a handful of nuts and a pear OR triscuits OR a sf Latte if I'm running errands.
Lunch: a packet of tuna with 1 1/2 tsp of light mayo and a big salad OR meat/veggie leftovers OR lentil soup with veggies on the side, iced tea or water
Snack: turkey or cheese, cut up veggies, OR triscuits and cheese OR fruit/nuts
DInner: chicken or lean pork or steak or burger with at least 2 cups of veggies, milk
Snack: sf/ff fudgsicle OR sf pudding
I am really going crazy with no change in all this time. I'm not giving up, but I really feel like I am putting more into this than I am getting back, and feeling discouraged.
Any advice, or anything I am overlooking?

It's great to be back! I've been lurking for a while, and have continued eating sbd to maintain most of my original loss, but am jumping back on the wagon full force to lose the rest. :)
It's nice to see you, too! I have often wondered about you and your family and how things are going!
