What's going on this weekend?  Any big plans or special eating challenges?

Today Claire has a pediatrician appointment for shots, so tonight will be fussy-baby-time, which is always stressful, but I have all the goods ready for MichaelAnn's chicken strips on a green salad, so hopefully we can stick to plan.

Tomorrow we are going to my niece's 1st birthday party, I don't know what they're serving but I'm pretty sure it will be illegal. I'm not gonna sweat it, my niece only turns 1 once, and I'm going to celebrate with her. :-)

Sunday is chores and grocery day, won't be difficult to stay clean then.

Tonight I have an interview for a new job which is only 4 miles from my house vs. the 38 miles (one way) I am driving now!

Nothing special this weekend...other than a hot date my bed and pillow. I need a little more than the 4-5 hours of sleep I've been averaging this week.

Other than that, just the usual weekend food challenge. I usually do really well with the choices I make, it's just that I choose to many grains, to much fruit, to little vegetables. I tend to not want vegetables on the weekends.

I would like to do a little fall shopping, I have few shirts that aren't short-sleeved that fit me and are work appropriate...and the ones I do have tend to be cut a little lower than I like for work.

Basically, I'm trying to take advantage of the last few days of freedom.

Past Races:
-Boston Run to Remember Half Marathon, 5/29/11 (2:35:11, no training!)
-Corporate Run, 3.5 miles 6/2/11 (36:38, 4 days after running the half!)
-BAA 10k, 6/26/11 (1:04:52, wanted to be under an hour...)
-Tavern to Tavern

Running a 10K tomorrow. Last race of the 2008 season.

It's more for the location, the course runs through the zoo.
