I really hope this is legal cause it looks sooooo good. SO is in charge of dinner tonight so before I consume... I just wanted to make sure it is ok. I was mostly concerned since it is microwaveable and it seems like a lot of g per serving.

To me this doesn't look legal, even though it's full of grains.
At 140g/serving, that's the equivalent of almost 5 oz.
This is one of those confusion-causers for me.
Looking at this product from the fiber content, it doesn't seem like it's legal.
So 1/2c cooked is the serving size for rice and pasta, and that's what needs to have 3g fiber?
I'm so glad I always put disclaimers on my advice.

Sorry to be so dense after doing SB for so long.
