Help me legalize this recipe

Okay I had some of this yummy (yet illegal) coleslaw recipe tailgaiting...it's the only way I've ever even remotely liked cabbage.  Can you help me figure out a legal way to make it (or something similar)?  My big stumbling block is what to replace with Ramen noodles & flavor packet with.

Asain Coleslaw

2 pkg coleslaw mix (although the one i had was 1/2 coleslaw mix, 1/2 shredded broccoli/cauliflower
1 cup almonds (toasted)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 bunch green onions chopped
1/2 cup sugar (sub Splenda)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 pkgs Oriental Beef flavored Ramen Noodles Soup Mix

Mix Soup flavor packet, oil, vinegar, sugar.  Whisk well.

Mix other ingredients, then toss with "dressing".

Couldn't you just replace the Ramen beef flavoring with

For the flavor packet, try powdered beef boullion and add some oriental-type spices.

Bean threads are legal, and might be a good, thinner noodle type option.

Why not just omit the noodle part.

What all do you add to yours to make the sauce?

Thanks :0)

I never make it the same way twice and rarely use a recipe.
