OK, so I'm a few days late...but here's my update...
This week has been pretty good overall. After being out of town for 4 days, and off track a little, I think I got back on track pretty well. My normal routine was a little messed up this week due to basement construction issues (Monday) and a sick DD (Tuesday). But I did manage to get to the gym 3 days, and also ran with my friends 2 nights. Food was pretty on-track...if I could just stay away from that evil candy corn!!
This weekend should be pretty good. DH and I are going out for sushi tomorrow night. I'm hoping to run tomorrow and Sunday. Still trying to decide if I'm ready to sign up for the 8K...

Hmmm...I'm up a full pound from last week's weigh-in.
The first part of this past week pretty much took me out, but I'm getting back on track.
I have no clue what my weight is, but my pants still don't fit the way they used to, so I'm sure it isn't down.
We just got beyond a huge wedding.
I halfway met my goal.
