Yeah, my 5K was the weekend you were out of town...it was a great day 5000 women running for breast cancer, but it was also my worst 5K time *ever* (33 minutes). But I am focusing on all the good parts! :-)
My goal for next week is to eat my snacks!!! I am amazed at how I have not been hungry in between meals and, as a result, I don't get my snacks in. But now that I'm working out it happened -- I didn't eat my snack and when 4 PM came I suddenly realized I was ravenous! I quickly got something together and stood at the kitchen counter eating. Not the new habit I'm looking to form.
For the remainder of this week I will focus on eating my snacks.
I will also focus on staying on track with my fitness routine.
