What's for dinner tonight?
After yesterday's spring-like temperatures, there's a fall chill in the air again today. It feels like something should be in the crockpot or roasting/baking in the oven. Maybe a pot of soup will do the trick.

I picked up a HUGE cauliflower at Whole Foods for only $2 on Friday.
I've been wanting to try the Moroccan Hot Pot, so that might go into the crockpot after church.
We're either having leftover Winter Minestrone with turkey sausage, or I'm cooking the Crispy Chickpeas with Meat recipe that Jamie posted.
I have a Mexican Vegetable Chicken soup in the crockpot right now. I also want to cook up the spaghetti squash that I have before they (or it) goes bad and I'm going to (finally!) make Pad Thai with spaghetti squash.
Dinner will be one of the two - or something completely different depending on if one or both of my spaghetti squashes are still "ok".
-Boston Run to Remember Half Marathon, 5/29/11 (2:35:11, no training!)
-Corporate Run, 3.5 miles 6/2/11 (36:38, 4 days after running the half!)
-BAA 10k, 6/26/11 (1:04:52, wanted to be under an hour...)
-Tavern to Tavern
I am making Destiny's Meatball Stroganoff (assuming I can get myself started in the next hour or so), which she posted recently.
Tonight I'm making brussels sprouts, black bean burgers, and baked sweet potatoes.
