My goals for this week are to not eat any of the candy that is in the house and count my points and eat only SB food and walk 3 times this week.
That was my goal for last week. I counted my points, but went over most days and I was totally eating illegal food for a few days this week at dinner because we ate out. and I didnt get my walks in either, so this week was a total bust.
My goals for next week are plan my food for the next day the night before, in addition to regular weekly meal plans. No cheese, continue counting all my points, no matter what I eat, and try to get in 3 walks.
I went for a walk today, so thats 1.
