We're 6 weeks into the SBD holiday challenge; how are you coming along?  Report in and tell us how you did this past week, and set a new goal for yourself this week. 


Only 7 more weeks until the end of the challenge!  We had 13 weeks total, so we'll be halfway there this weekend.

I've thought about making a chart in the past to track the servings of all the food types.

I haven't checked in with the challenge for awhile, so I had to go back. I joined the challenge on 10/8 (5 weeks). Going back to my charts, I've lost exactly 3 pounds since then. That comes out to an average of 0.6 pounds lost per week. Not great, but not too bad, either.

I'm already stepping it up and getting more aggressive about finally reaching my ultimate goal. It's about time, since I've been at this for over five years now. LOL
