Do any of you own a Bosch mixer? I bought one 13 months ago and I've been making my family's whole wheat bread ever since. (If you're not familiar with this mixer, it's very powerful and can mix up enough bread dough for 6 loaves in no time. Also, many Bosch users grind their own wheat just prior to making the dough - it's very healthy and delicious too. Anyway, I'm a stay at home mom and I started doing this when my kids would only eat one variety of white bread. We went to a friend's home and she took her loaves of fresh WW bread out of the oven and my kids loved it! I ordered the mixer and grain mill that week and haven't looked back.

That's a bit of background for you. I'm just wondering if any of you make WW items. It's working well with the SB lifestyle. I made WW pizza for the first time this weekend and it turned out great.

Just curious! :-)

I use a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and I love it!

I've looked at that cookbook at the book store. It's definitely one I want to add to my collection. Have you altered any of the cookie recipes so that they are SB friendly? I'd love to munch on a tasty cookie - although part of me would be afraid I'd go crazy and eat way too many.
