Hi there, I am wondering how you ladies are doing on the South Beach Diet? I've done Weight Watchers numerous times and am wondering if I should try this. I was inspired by a blog I was reading about a woman who lost a lot of weight and is keeping it off using SB.
What are your experiences? Are there a lot of newbies on the board? How has it been? I'm also hoping to hear about people successfully maintaining on this program.
That's a lot of feedback to ask of you, I know. So thanks for any info you have for me!
ETA: I just saw the "Getting Started" thread. I will pop down there for what looks like great info!
