We've all had a few days to recover from Thanksgiving, but if your weight is still up a bit, don't worry about it; just keep plugging along.  Maybe consider an exercise-related goal to help finish working off that weight.

I'm up one pound from last week's weigh-in, thanks to my weekend away.

I missed last week's weigh-in, but from the week before I'm still up 2.8 pounds...which means that I am 3.4 pounds away from my lowest low. Good news is I'm down 4 pounds from my high Monday night.

Work is, surprisingly, slowing down a little so I might actually have time to make it to the gym this week. At the very least, I'll have time to dust off the Wii and play a few games of tennis.

Goals for this week:
-Stop eating non-SB lunches, eat more salads
-Drink more water
-Go to the gym at least once
-Play Wii at least 5 nights (not super exercise, but given how I don't ever exercise this is better than nothing)















Past Races:
-Boston Run to Remember Half Marathon, 5/29/11 (2:35:11, no training!)
-Corporate Run, 3.5 miles 6/2/11 (36:38, 4 days after running the half!)
-BAA 10k, 6/26/11 (1:04:52, wanted to be under an hour...)
-Tavern to Tavern

These past two days I have been bloated and icky feeling, so my weight is up from last week. I have been doubling up on my workouts and aiming for 90 minutes a day (60 in the AM, 30 in the PM). Today is usually my day off, but I will get a short run in and some ab work.


My goals need to be with next weeks vacation in mind. I want to keep active (we are snorkeling, horseback riding and I'm definitely taking a spin class), stay hydrated (this has been a serious problem of mine lately) and eat smart! I will allow myself a couple small splurges, but I would love to have the same experience I had in Mexico this year

Well, I've been having a heck of a time getting in all my water...I definitely just don't feel right when I don't drink enough.

I have no idea how much I gained over Thanksgiving.. I didn't weigh! Even small gains seem to really get me down, so I waited a week after Thanksgiving before I weighed. I'm at the same weight I was pre-pigout.. YAY! BF and I did go back on Phase 1 for a few days because I found myself craving those leftover pies.. :)
All's back to normal now!
