Fiber Select Wheat Thins

My friend had a box of Wheat Thins, Fiber Select, Garden Veggies (?) on her counter the other night and I read the label to see if they were something that might broaded the legal cracker selection.  I don't have all the nutrition/ingredient info, but here's the important stuff:

first ingredient is whole grain wheat flour, there's no HFCS or hydrogenated oils of any type, but sugar is in the list of ingredients

the serving size is 30g (15 crackers) and has 5g fiber and 2g sugar

The box wasn't opened that night, but I had some last night at another friend's house.  They were very good, both plain and dipped in various (not-so-legal) dipping things.  I hope the crackers were legal because I used them as a legal thing that I ate yesterday.

Any confirmation or denial of their legality is welcome.  TIA!

If there wasn't HFCS in the ingredient list I would eat these.

Unfortunately the corn producers have stronger lobbyists/supporters than the nutrition-conscious so as long as they're airing ads about HFCS being the same as sugar, it's not going to disappear.
