Hello Everyone.
My name is Jamie, and I am new to South Beach. My husband's Dr. has been telling us to give this diet a try for years. He truly believes it's a healthy way of losing weight and getting healthy. My husband and I are extremely overweight. I need to lose about 100lbs and my husband about 60. I am hoping together and with support of this board we can do it. We have a start date set of 12/29. I am trying to write out my goals. Can someone tell me how much in their own experiences they have lost per week on SB? I am giving myself about 8-10 months to lose my 100lbs and want to make sure that is reasonable. I do become distracted easily, so I'm hoping I will see a nice drop in weight every month and that will keep me motivated.
