My in-laws are still here. They've been here since Christmas day, and will leave tomorrow. I must be honest...I haven't fared very well at all. Even though I've been in control of the food for the most part, and it's been better than it would have been had we been traveling, I haven't always made the best choices. Meals for the most part have been pretty good, but it's all the extra treats that are adding up. I always make a large variety of cookies for Christmas, and of course my FIL had to bring along extra junk like chocolate covered pretzels, etc. Ugh. And workouts have been nonexistent since about a week before Christmas (unless you count Wii boxing, which really does give my arms/shoulders a workout...and DD keeps beating me!). I had hoped to run with my friend a bit, but with all the stupid weather issues and icy streets, we haven't gotten out. I'm planning to get to the gym on Friday and Saturday to kick-start my year off right. I finally got brave and weighed myself yesterday, and I'm up about 4 lbs or so...ick. I'm basically just feeling crappy. I definately feel better when I take care of myself!
I hope to be back on the board regularly once things get back to normal next week. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!

I was sick with the stomach flu on Christmas day!!
I was being good all week, and had told myself that my only treat would be the PC cheese cake with the caramel on it.
