I don't have to worry about portion sizes or calories right? The only thing I count is the 100 calories for "sweets" as I understand it, correct?
There's not a lot of counting, but you do have to make sure you get in at least 4½ servings of veggies; 2 dairies; follow the guidelines for nuts; and you're right...no more than 100 sweet treat calories per day.
You also need to watch your fats/oils.
