10-week challenge...help!

Ok ladies, here's what I'm thinking and I really need your help!
I just got FREE tickets to a concert on St. Patty's day, and I figured out that is 10 weeks from today, and I thought that would be a perfect amount of time to try and reach my final goal weight of 130, which is about 14lbs to lose. Sounds perfectly do-able don't you think?!
So here's where I NEED your help, how should I structure my plan of attack? What steps should I put in there to help guarantee success? I was thinking weekly goals of exercise, eating phase 2, what else?
If anybody else is interested in this 10-week challenge I'd LOVE some company...let's lose 10lbs in 10 weeks! What do you think????

I will also be working with you for 10 pounds during this time period! Like Cathy, I have 5 holiday pounds that must be banished before they think that they can settle in for the long term.
