I had a breakfast that would be good for either P1 or P2.
I forgot what a great combo the MS patty with Laughing Cow is.
I'm having smoked salmon with laughing cow light cheese (garlic & herb) wrapped around a cucumber spear...and a V8.
I had a 1/2 cup of steel cut oatmeal made with milk and mixed in were, cinnamon, splenda, ground flax seeds and a chopped walnuts.
I had an egg white omelet with green peppers and lf cheese.

Pre-Workout I had a piece of baked oatmeal and coffee
Then I made an omlet with 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of hilshire farm smoked ham and a slice of 2% american cheese...it was filling and yummy!

I had scrambled eggs (2) with 2 slices of turkey bacon and 1/2 a yucky toast and a V8.
