Breakfast this morning was oat bran cereal with salt & pepper and 10 sprays of Smart Balance and a banana. I need to make some crockpot oatmeal sometime this week.
I had two scrambled eggs, a thin slice of homemade whole wheat toast, two pieces of Canadian bacon and a clementine. This was way bigger than my normal breakfast of cereal and yogurt.
I had 1/2 grapefruit w/splenda, 1/2 of a light 100% multigrain english muffin w/Smart Balance Light and 1/2 slice of low fat colby jack cheese melted on it with coffee and FF h/h and splenda.
I had the most random breakfast today. 2 clementines, a WW Cinnamon Burt Kidz Flatout with cream cheese, and a SB Living Fiber Fit S'mores bar. And a cup of green tea.

In addition to the normal 4-5 cups of coffee throughout the morning, I had a pumpkin flax Kashi bar with cream cheese and some OJ (just enough to take my vitamins) before going to the gym, and a cheese stick and 7 or 8 baby carrots after my workout.

I had a double-dairy peanut butter banana smoothie (1 serving skim milk, 1 serving plain fat-free yogurt, 1/2 banana, 1 T. natural peanut butter, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2-3 splenda packets.
