I had carbs on Ph.1...do I start over?

I've been doing great all week while away from home taking care of my grandmother...but today I went to a party w/friends and I had carbs...:-(...about 1/2 cup mac and cheese, about 1 slice of beer bread (tastefully simple), a few bite size pieces of chicken that appeared fried with some kind of breading, and grape leaves stuffed w/ground beef and rice (I had more of these than anything because everything else was carb packed).
I'm upset I messed up.
Do I need to start phase 1 all over again?

{{{HUGS}}} Don't beat yourself up! I try to think of it like a marathon: if I trip and fall at any point during the race, do I go back to the beginning and start over? Heck, no! Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep moving forward. Don't look back! Everyone slips up -- it's what we do with it that counts.
