V8 - Lw Sodium or High Fiber or Regular?
| Sun, 01-18-2009 - 12:03pm |
As you know, V8 offers different varieties of their product: Spicy, Low Sodium, High Fiber, Regular.
Opinions - which one is the "better" one to have? I picked up the High Fiber and the Low Sodium. Wow, you can really taste the difference in the low sodium one (seems not as "thick" as the others).

I agree that the Low Sodium isn't as thick, but I buy it just to try and watch my sodium intake.
Thanks, Ladies!
I always forget about adding my own spices to things.

I use the low-sodium version (just can't justify the obscene amt of sodium in the regular) and add my own spice if I feel like it. I actually prefer it "thinner" than the regular.
I've used the Low Sodium V8 for years, because I've always had to watch my sodium and the regular is very high in sodium.
I usually by the low sodium and then tend to add salt!
