I went to the store today looking for some phase 2 foods and I noticed that there was no frozen Kraft south beach foods. I mean none at all. So is there another brand of frozen pizza I can buy. What about smart ones. It said whole wheat dough.... I think? Thanks for the help!

There was just a discussion on the board recently about how difficult the SBD pizzas have been to find lately.

Here's a link to it; I have always made it by hand, but today I'm putting it in the bread machine on the dough setting, to see how it turns out.

Thank you for the recipe! I will sure try it real soon! I am off of Phase 1 on Monday so maybe I will try it next week! I have a question? Do you freeze the extra dough after you kneed it? Also when you unfreeze the dough do you kneed again or do you just unfreeze and roll out into pan? Thanks for the help!

I do freeze it after kneading the dough; I have never really "kneaded" it after freezing, but I squeeze it a little to get a softer texture back.

Another great/easy way to make pizza is to use flatbread. We prefer crispy, thin crust pizza anyways, so flatbread is perfect.

We just brush on olive oil and or sauce, add our toppings, pop in the oven on a pizza stone.

We've done them for parties - the kids LOVE it. We make a "pizza bar" buffet line where everyone adds their own toppings to their flatbread.

I cannot find the SBD/Kraft pizza either...I did however find Newman's Own frozen pizza that was very good and I believe to be legal...but I'll let the CL's determine that for certain

Do you have a list of ingredients for the Newman's Own pizza?

No I don't, I'll buy some more on Friday and post the ingredients then....but the first ingredient is whole grain flour and if I remember right it has like 3 grams of fiber and 4 grams of sugar....but I'll post the nutriton label info when I get another pizza....
