Exercise and phase 1?

I started following SB last Tuesday and have been doing really well on phase 1 with a grain or fruit serving here and there (phase 2 lite?) I worked out last night and got lightheaded nauseous really quickly. Now, I haven't been very active lately but I wouldn't have expected to feel that bad with the intensity of the workout (video). My body wasn't fatigued, I could have kept going if I didn't feel so... sick. Anyone have experience or advice about what I'm doing wrong here?





It's fairly normal, when starting SB, to experience lightheadness, headaches, etc., during Phase 1.
