Well I work out first thing in the morning so I'm already done ;)


I've been following the Interval Walking Program for Phase 2 in the supercharged SBD book, but with a slight modification, I do interval running on my treadmill, so for example today was Supercharged 15 seconds (which means go as fast as you can) then Moderate for 60 seconds so on the treadmill I translated that to level 7 for supercharged and 4 for moderate.


I really have been enjoying it, it's super fast and there have been so many documented benefits to interval training that I'm hoping this is going to kick my stall in the butt...literally and figuratively LOL!

I'm stuck at home today, as the kids have a snowday home from school and the roads will turn icy later.

I was planning to get to my pilates class today, but the snow is preventing me from doing that. I will probably try out a pilates DVD I have had for a while but haven't tried yet.

I jumped on the TM at 6:00am this morning for 45 min. If I can get my list of domestic activities done early enough this evening, I would like to fit in some yoga- but we shall see!

My exercise plans for the day:


Shoveling snow (leaving work shortly to go home),


Housework - including washing the kitchen floor and vacuuming the house


Working tonight - so lots of walking around - The Lowes 500 meter walk (I walk the insider perimeter of the store on my breaks).

Today is a non-running day for me, so I'll be doing 45 minutes on the bike at the gym and some upper body weights with ab work thrown in.
