Went to the gym this morning - did weights for about 45 min (back and bi's today), then did 30 min on the elliptical (its my day off from running, I did that yesterday)
I noticed this too - I thought I was crazy, but I guess not! I actually DO have a six pack now - something I NEVER would have thought, I wasn't sure if it really was the running or a coincidence!
