Fiber (7g) /sugars (3g) looks ok, but first ingredient listed is "Whole Wheat Flour". LOL I admit I'm really confused about the marketing dynamics / spins they use. My understanding is that its supposed to say "100% Whole Wheat"
Trying to find the cereal I used to enjoy in my previous visit to the beach, but can't find it. Spent 20 minutes in the cereal aisle today, and came out empty handed.
Thanks all, I realized about the serving size after I posted. I had originally thought "what's the big deal I'll just eat 1oz", then I remembered reading in other threads about the calculations you were all making and thought "Hey! half the recommended amount means half the good stuff too".
Anyway, thanks for the "whole wheat flour" explanation, that's what was confusing me the most.

How about Kashi "7 Whole Grain Nuggets"?

"Whole wheat flour" is good.
A serving size is only ¼ cup on this one, though.
Technically, it's still legal, though, as the minimum fiber requirement is 3 grams per serving.
