Advice from Trainer Bob.

Q:  I am 28 ,about 5'6 and weigh 155 lbs. I would like to lose 15 to 20 lbs. I have been going to the gym and eating less but still am not losing any weight. What should I do? – Sarah from Quincy, Mass.

A:  I would suggest eating every 4 hours for a total of 1,200 calories a day and, please, make sure you are eating within the first 30 minutes from waking up. When it comes to burning fat, it is all about cardio! Get your heart rate up and keep it up for at least 30 to 45 minutes a day, 5 to 6 days a week. Take a spin or boot camp class at your gym. Go for a power walk or jog in your neighborhood. Your main objective is to get your heart rate up and burn the fat that's on your skeleton.

I've been using the online free version of "fit day" to track calories (wanted to make sure I was getting all the nutrients too). What I do when I eat something that I don't know by itself what it is, I just break it down and add the ingredients one by one.

However, most of my meals come from places such as this website, where nutritional information isn't listed a lot of the time.
