Yet another yogurt question

This is my second day on Phase 2, and I have been reading the boards to educate myself. As far as Yogurt goes, I have seen that Yoplait is bad (Grr! I have six of these in my fridge!) and Dannon Light n Fit is good. Right? I am looking at the label of a Light n Fit, and it contains 11 grams of sugar. Is this really okay? I just want to make sure I am reading things right.
