First week done!

I made it through the first week! I wasn't always at 100% of the SBD, but I always renewed my pledge to eat healthy after slip-ups and stick to my goals. This is the longest that I have stuck with an eating plan in months.
Despite the pasta and cobbler I had yesterday, I STILL WEIGHED 184.5 TODAY! I haven't been this thin since the fall!
I ate 100% of SBD today, which I feel great about!
Day 7 from "100 Days of Weight Loss" by Linda Spangle.
A few motivational phrases for me to say each day, throughout the day:
*I'm totally determined.
*I've lost weight on the SBD before, and I am doing it again.
*I'm using a great weight loss plan.
*I'm capable of accomplishing anything. (My birth story is a great example.)
*Others have done it and so can I!
*I lost 40 lbs. before by staying busy and I am doing it again, every day.
*I feel great about myself.
*Look at my progress on my weight loss chart!
These are just a few affirmations that I will keep adding to.
