Calories and working out question

I am tracking my calories on The Daily Plate. In order to sustain my current weight I need to eat about 2000 calories. In order to lose 2 pounds a week I need to eat about 1200 calories.
My question is, what do I do with my exercise calories? I burn off around 150 - 200 a day (elliptical, yoga, kickboxing class). Do I eat 1400 calories (since I burn off 200 and that would equal 1200) or do I eat 1200 and just not consider the exercising at all?
Thanks for any input.

Technically you should eat 1400 since you are burning off the 200.
Cathy, by your picture I would have never guessed your age correctly.
Ugh I'm so confused!

Your height and weight puts you on the lower end of the BMI scale.
Don't eat more to account for it.
I appreciate all the help!

I have entered my weight and stuff on the Daily Plate and my activity level (I am moderately active as I am a stay at home mom to 3.5 year old and an 18 month old and I *rarely* sit down all day, I am always cleaning, cooking, chasing kids) and it told me I need something like 1444 to lose 2 lbs a week.
