I had Greek yogurt mixed with sugar-free jam, and 2 strips of turkey bacon.

I am having some plain yogurt mixed with strawberries and sf raspberry syrup. When I get home from the gym I will have a breakfast sausage cup and V8.

I am having a smoothie made with vanilla yogurt, soy slender and a Tab of Peanut butter.

I had one slice of homemade french toast (ww bread, of course) w/Smart Balance Light and SF syrup, 2 slices of turkey bacon and 3/4 of a small apple.

A green smoothie!
I have one every morning but I vary the ingredients todays was pear, green apple, banana, collard greens and spinach.

I had zucchini with Parmesan cheese. A little weird, but helps me get the veggies in.
