Yum this morning I threw together a parfait and it was amazing!
I used 1 cup Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt, 1/4 c bare naked fit almond vanilla granola, 1 banana and I layered it all together with a pinch of coconut flakes and flax seed on every layer. Very yummy!
This morning I had 1 cup Fiber One Honey Clusters with 3/4 cup skim milk, a bunch of strawberries, and half a banana. Kinda boring, but I love it! Usually I either have this or I mix up a bunch of sliced strawberries, frozen blueberries, grapes, banana and 1/2 cup Dannon Light N Fit vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup Fiber One crunched up on top with some cinnamon. It makes a thick glop that is delicious!

Do you feel like you have more energy from the chia seeds?
I haven't noticed a difference.
