Does anyone know if Malt-O-meal is legal in Ph2?  I looked at the ingredients and it said it was made out of Wheat.  I love it.....probably more so than oatmeal.  Anyone that could help would be appreciated.  Thanks Meg

Also, be sure that 1 ounce (30 grams) has 3 grams of fiber or more.

The fiber is too low to make this a legal cereal.
