Good morning sbd friends. Hope you all had a successful weekend. Mine was really a lot of fun. DD and I played in the downtown fountain to keep cool and then went to the outdoor cinema and layed under the stars and watched "Matilda". Very cute movie. Then of course we went shopping yesterday and spent all our money. Oops!

I attached some pictures of us and the pets on yesterday's post if you want to check them out.

b: turkey sausage w/ eggs, spinach, feta

s: cucumber

l: roasted turkey over salad

s: cucumber

d: grilled pork w/ veggies

s: strawberries and sf/ff white chocolate pudding

Cheers!!

Yes, it seems that the office is full of stuff that's not sbd friendly. I find it a little easier to not give in with my cravings not running me. Also, I pause and think of how happy and great I feel without those diet busters.

I sent you some support and strength vibes to assist you today. Keep up the great work Aimee.

Thanks Tricia. Seeing the weight drop off is a big motivator too. I can already see the difference! DH is starting the diet too, which makes it easier since he won't be eating garbage all the time.

I'm so proud of you! Way to go. I actually hit my first body adjustment this past week after losing pretty much every other day. I kept at it and am now down again. Yeah!

Hi Tricia and everyone,

I have to say that it was great to put a face with your name and all of your kind words. Your fur kids are so cute. I'm looking forward to seeing a picture of Anna - she sounds like the mischevious one of the bunch.

Here's my menu for the day:

B: PB yogurt, turkey bacon, V8

S: none - I was in a meeting

L: cheeseburger (sans bun), brocolli, green beans, SF jello

S: cottage cheese

D: chicken breast marinated in FF Italian dressing, mashed fauxtatoes, sauteed yellow squash, zuchini, and mushrooms

S: SF FF vanilla pudding over mixed berries

Have a great day everyone!

Please don't worry about that gain. It's probably just water because there is more sodium in the food at restaurants.

Congratulations again on turning 30!! I sounds like you had a nice time! Please don't be too hard on yourself over the meals. I think you did great. Give yourself a couple days and I bet your back down to what you were before the weekend.

Cheers!!
