Good morning friends. Hope everyone had a nice Monday. I woke up late today. Not sure what happened. Alarm was off?? Maybe I was sleeping so good I shut it off and went back to sleep. I don't know.

Tricia, I was shocked myself by the alarm today :)
Here's our day:
Breakfast: bran muffin, tom juice, coffee, turkey bacon, yogurt with Uncle Sam & blueberries (finally, a break from eggs!)
Snack: celery
Lunch: cottage cheese, marinated cucumbers, black & white bean salad; yogurt for dessert
Snack: mozz stick & some nuts
Dinner: Crock Pot chicken with tomato sauce; balsamic zucchini; banana ricotta creme

Just wanted to say thanks for all of your support yesterday. Still not feeling the best, but working on it.

My day. hectic is one way to put it, boring another. Spent a full 8 hours at CPR training, but at least I did't have to go to the office.

L: Salad from La Salsa, didn't realize till after I ordered that it had rice, but I ate it anyway. Lots of veggies and black beans, so shouldn't be a problem, and didn't have the chips or the tortilla bowl, so...
Again, no snack
D: Pizza on WW Pitas. Was going to have these yesterday, but the pitas were moldy, Yuck
S: Pudding maybe
W: I've have 2 liters so far
E: We walked to the restaraunt for lunch, does that count?
