I missed the morning check in so I thought I'd do this instead....


What is everyone having for lunch today? 


I'm having Progresso veggie & bean soup.  I have a yogurt for an afternoon snack.

I think I'll be brave and attempt a chicken Caesar salad for lunch.

HI, Suzy! I agree that the progresso soups are great. I haven't had it since starting this diet, but I do have some in the back of the cupboard. Thanks for reminding me. :)

Breakfast:

1 egg, 1 strip soy bacon

Saving the snack for later since I'm working out tonight

Veggies and Turkey roll-ups

Apple and cheesestick

Veggie burger, mixed veggies

I think as long as the sugar is below 3g per serving, that is a good thing too.

Hi everyone,

Tricia - my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your DD as well as the family.

Here's my lunch today - which was very, very late-

Leftover ww spaghetti and a large salad.

B=Sunrise ParfaitHerbed Green Tea

S=V8

L=Shrimp Salad[canned shrimp with lite mayo, on a bed of lettuce,with 2 small WW bread sticks.

S=Fruit smoothie

D= salad with l/c dress, swordfish steaks with 1 c stringbeans & carrots

Dessert= reg milk

B-- 2 cups of yogurt, Uncle Sam, Cinnamon and blueberries



S-- nothing



L- string beans, Sauteed onions and 1 lean turkey sausage



S- jello



D- Salad/ low fat turkey and cheese



S- sf fudgepop

I am back on track and I dont have cravings to cheat but I am not really even hungry at all. I am not having the best day..
