Good morning all,
Please pray for Suzy today -- taking care of something that came up with her parents.
Here's my menu for today -- TGIF!
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with mushrooms, peppers, onions, parmesan; turkey bacon; tom juice; coffee
Snack: blueberry oatmeal muffin
Lunch: tuna salad, marinated cucumbers over bed of lettuce; PB yogurt for dessert
Snack: homemade trail mix
Dinner: London Broil, Spinach & Creamed Cauliflower; FFSF choc pudding for dessert

B: oatmeal with berries, milk, V8
S: cheese
L: cottage cheese, tomatoes, cukes, SF jello
S: sunflower seeds
D: no clue
S: same as above.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs,canadian bacon,and some sliced cucumber.Also a glass of fat free milk.
Snack: String cheese and kiwi fruit.
Lunch:Ummmm,I'll be working during lunch, so nothing.
Snack: Sugar free cookies
Dinner: A salad made with lettuce, cucumbers,cherry tomatoes,green peppers,cubed ham,and shredded reduced fat monteray jack cheese. Also Carb Options ranch dressing.
Dessert: fat free pudding
A few bottles of water are mixed in there somewhere. :-)
Good morning. I hope Suzy and family will be okay. Well I got a call early this morning from Diane that her husband Marty passed away. DD is still sleeping so she still doesn't know but we've had a few days to talk about it so hopefully it will be okay.
Well dd just walked in and I gave her the news. I think she's going to be okay. He was like a grandpa to

Are you sure you're having enough to eat? I don't think I would survive on nothing for lunch and then just a salad for dinner. I'm worried about you!

L: 1 cup cottage cheese
S: celery and LC cheese
D: Not sure yet, but it is my night to cook
S: ff/sf pudding ? or maybe the no bake oatmeal cookies
W: I've had at least 32 oz already, and will try to get another 64 in before I leave work
E: Maybe I can get DH to walk with me after work

Dessert=Baked apple with 1 Tb natural peanutbutter
I had 1/2 cup of sugar free jello and chic peas for snack
Lunch, I had sirloin shaved steak with low fat cheese, peppers, onions and tomatoes in a bowl, I call it the fake steak and cheese sandwich. Its pretty tasty
Since its already 5:40 pm, I am going to skip the afternoon snack. No idea on the rest of the night. I am thinking whole wheat pizza or grilled meat and vegs
I am down 30 pounds now in about 7 weeks.
