Good morning all,
Please pray for Suzy today -- taking care of something that came up with her parents.
Here's my menu for today -- TGIF!
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with mushrooms, peppers, onions, parmesan; turkey bacon; tom juice; coffee
Snack: blueberry oatmeal muffin
Lunch: tuna salad, marinated cucumbers over bed of lettuce; PB yogurt for dessert
Snack: homemade trail mix
Dinner: London Broil, Spinach & Creamed Cauliflower; FFSF choc pudding for dessert

Thanks for the concern. I appreciate it.
I'm doing good. Really. If only you could have seen the size of the salad! LOL It was huge. Took me almost 20 minutes to eat it. I was definitely full afterwards. Besides, I was too busy working to even think about not having any lunch. With my busy schedule,there are times where I just don't have time to eat. I could squeeze lunch in,but it would be like 1 hour after breakfast! lol
