Good Morning!
I am thinking of Tricia today and praying for God to comfort her during this difficult time in her life. I'm praying that her dh coming home will lift her spirits and that her anniversary will bring her moments of joy. (((Hugs)))
How is everyone doing this morning? It's rather chilly here this morning. Supposed to get in the low 70's today. I really enjoyed Rebecca's stroganoff recipe last night! Yuuuummmmmm!!!! Thanks again Rebecca!!
What exercise are we doing today? Are we drinking enough water? I'm going to commit to a walk and some weight lifting at home later. I will drink at least 64 oz today.
Here I go....
Breakfast: Tried Crunchy Kashi GoLean today along with coffee
Snack: sf jello
Lunch: More soup...this time an Italian soup of spinach, chicken broth, & lean meatballs.
Snack: yogurt
Dinner: Not sure...will check my cookbook at home.
Snack: fudgesicle
Have a lovely day friends!
Suzy
