Morning Ladies!
Sorry I was MIA over the weekend. The Women of Faith conference kept me busy, as well as going to the Cat Show on Sunday and having my vet take me over to meet her friend who's a Burmese breeder....and convincing me to adopt a 4 1/2 mo old kitten to play with Misha! (If they don't get along after a week or two, I'm returning her to the breeder). The two have cute moments when Misha plays "mommy" and licks her as if she's her baby, and other times they wrestle & fight....go figure! Dh loves that the Burmese are so affectionate & she sleeps with him. LOL I just need to figure out what makes Misha happy and go from there. 5 cats....yikes! LOL
I have to keep this short since the boss is around...
(I'm glad Candi liked Rebecca's beef stroganoff recipe....it's the bomb!!!) ;-)
I ran out of the house without anything much today....I am so disorganized.
I have a yogurt & a Nutri-Grain bar for the morning. I have to buy something for lunch. I'll post later....(forgive me please)

Here's my day:
Breakfast: Shredded wheat & bran with blueberries & skim; tom juice; turkey bacon; coffee
Lunch: tuna salad, coleslaw, PB yogurt
Snack: trail mix with Kashi Good Friends, nuts, choc chips
Dinner: stuffed tomatoes & yellow squash (stuffed with lean ground pork, mushrooms, onions)
Dessert: SF, FF ice cream

Good Morning! I'm back! We dropped of dh at the airport last night. We had a fabulous weekend. The room was awesome and the time alone together was just what we needed. I had a great time treating myself all weekend. Pretty much ate whatever I wanted and didn't feel one ounce of guilt. But I'm back to the wonderful sbd way.
I'll tell ya, I ate a burger from BK and I was absolutely sick afterward. I could totally tell the difference non-sbd friendly foods make you feel.
So today..
b: eggs w/ feta and spinach
s: nuts
l: salad w/ chicken
s: mozz stick
d: fish w/ veggies
s: yogurt w/ blueberries.
e: 20 min walk on treadmil
w: 60 oz

Suzy - it's good to hear from you. How adorable your new addition is! What did you name her? My Molly likes to sleep right by my head also. It's so comforting.
I'm so glad Tricia had a good time with dh. Rebecca's menu looks awesome as usual. I'm hoping that reading them all the time will make me come up with menus as good!
Here's my day today - busy at work because I'm off on vacation the rest of the week.

D: steak on the grill we didn't have last night because of the rain, grilled cauliflower, string beans

I got that Core Secrets program in the mail yesterday. It's the one on the infomercial with the big, silver fitness ball. I'm looking forward to starting that tonight.

W: At least 64 oz, not counting the coffee
E: Might get to Curves, but then again, might not. I'll try.
Feeling VERY tired today. I think I'm still playing catch-up from Vegas.

Hope you had a nice time in Vegas.
Sorry been MIA for a few days, my work has been totally stressful and dealing with 2 sick granparents.
I actually have not been to hungry at all, I also have been walking almost everyday now up to 45 minutes
I have stayed south beach but not eating every meal or snack
I had 2 yougurt smoothie- Strawberries, FF yogurt, Splenda, and ice. It was about 2 cups of the yogurt and 6 strawberries
I am having a large salad with chick peas and sliced chicken today or whole wheat pita with tomotoes and rf cheese and small salad. I will also have a SF fudgepop
I know I should be doing the 6 times a day and I will get back on track !

It's so good to see you. :-) I hope your grandparents are doing a bit better. I know with the stress of caretaking and worrying, that it's natural to not feel too hungry. I hope your appetite comes back to normal soon.
