Good morning everyone,

Suzy, I couldn't sleep last night, either! We should have been IM'ing each other! I was awake from 1:30 to 4:15. Ugh! Extra coffee this morning. . .

Here's my day:

Breakfast -- Spinach omelette with sauteed onion & leeks, boursin lite cheese; turkey bacon; tom juice; coffee

Snack: more coffee LOL They get the FF 1/2 1/2 for me here though :)

Lunch: tuna salad, cold black bean casserole, cottage cheese

Snack: yogurt with blueberries & cinnamon & walnuts

Dinner: stuffed flounder, veggies (dh is buying something), maybe ricotta creme for dessert

Hope it's not raining for anyone today. The Midwest still looks damp. . .Candi, is the sun shining for you today for once?

Hugs from,

Rebecca

Hi everyone-

Unfortunately - Rebecca - no sun today. It is warm though, but looks like it wants to storm. Dh and I are trying to make plans to take dd to Marineland for the day tomorrow. The weather still isn't sure if it wants to cooperate or not. We shall see...

Here's my day today - a little weird because I'm on vacation from work till Monday-

B: slice of toast with sf apricot jelly, slice of farmer's cheese, V8

S: none yet

D: treating to have low carb sweet italian sausage with grilled peppers and onions - salad

S: hopefully sf fudgesicle if I can make it to the store - I'm in withdrawl from these things...

Have a great day everyone.

Snuggle the kitties for me Suzy.

Okay, insomniacs, it's time to unite!

If any of us is awake tonight, post a message in Phase 2 so we can at least talk to each other!

Suzy, I found this coffee/wake up icon. Do you like it? It would be good for Monday mornings, too!

Its good to see my cinnamon, blueberries and walnuts is catching on . You can also try it was some dry south beach cereal and splenda. I try and make something new every week with this stuff.

B- 2 cups ff yogurt, strawberries, sprinkled ff dry pudding mix, ice in the blender to a smoothie

S- Water

L- Whole Wheat Pasta, Garlic, Oil and raw vegs

S- Water

D- Salad with chic peas and sliced chicken and turkey

S- a little semi sweet chocolate

Water = well over 70

Day 63 and down 42 pounds...

I am not really been needing the snack due to so much going on but I would eat them if needed.. I am sure I will be back on course next week.
