Good Morning everyone :) I thought I would start off today (I'm surprised that I even have time to this, this morning!!) Well here I go....

B: Egg beaters omelette w/ some red. fat shredded cheddar, thin slice of lean turkey. Small can of V-8 and 2 small round slices of pink grapefruit.

S: 15 almonds or celery sticks w/ Smuckers natural PB

L: Grilled chicken breast w/ steamed green beans w/ a spray of I can't believe it's not butter. A side salad of spinach, red peppers, cucumbers & red cabbage

S: Either a jell-O snack cup or mozzarella string cheese (lite)

D: Either grilled chicken breast or grilled salmon w/ steamed asparagus & side salad

S: No sugar added fudgesicle w/ a dollop of lite redi-whip

Have a great day everyone!

Jennifer,

Yes, I just love your creation! We now have it for breakfast as a break from eggs when we've had too much. It's my husband's biggest request on our non-egg days.

Thanks again for the inspiration!

Great to hear Rebecca

I also found blueberries, walnuts and cinnamon are good on south beach friendly waffles and panacakes..

Jen,

And I love blueberries with FF vanilla pudding also. A yummy dessert.

I also love blueberries in Tricia's whole wheat pancakes.

Since the directions call for you to chill the pancake batter for 30 minutes, I can only make them on the weekends when we're not pushed to get out of the house!

I'm definitely enjoying blueberries before summer is over!

Rebecca
