Adding back those Carbs.....

I really don't mind just having Vegetable Juice and 2 Quiche Cups for brekkie most mornings (though it doesn't give me a great deal of energy) so should I stick with that or slowly introduce the carbs for breakfast? I probably won't ever try the fruit smoothies due to laziness of getting out the blender lol...so should i eat oatmeal/grain bread etc or stick to Phase 1 breakfast? Is the only difference is that u would get bored by it or something else?
Can i also have peanut butter w/celery, or a chunk of cheese for a snack rather then a hard boiled egg?
Also I ate Dessert for only the second time since I've started (Pear, ricotta & walnuts) and I felt soooooooooo guilty about it! I dunno why but it tasted too good to be eating on a diet, I just can't help it!! Maybe i'll limit my desserts to 3 nights a week, just so I don't feel bad! Imagine the chocolate desserts...it'll take me forever to try and introduce that, even though its allowed!
I know these are kinda easy questions, but I just wanna make sure!

I think you should add back your carbs wherever you miss them most.
Once again your advice really helps me with my everyday choices, no matter how little they might be! Well I better go eat breakfast now
