Good Morning!


Ooooooh, it's so hard to wake up today and go back to work. LOL!  I did absolutely nothing yesterday....giggle! Sunday I went to see the Titanic exhibit which was interesting.  I also went to a "German Day" fest in the evening to watch people dance.


Sorry I was MIA this weekend.  I was pretty busy (other than yesterday) and didn't spend much time online.


I hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend!  (Or a normal weekend if you're from Canada) ;-)


I have to get to work before the boss comes around.....

L - grilled chicken & green beans

I am down roughly 50 pounds now.. I could not believe the scale. I hope your all doing well !!

Today's menu

B FatFree Yogurt smoothie with strawberry and splenda

S

L spicy chopped hamburger with onions, tomatoes, rf cheese, salsa with black beans

S

D grilled seasoned pork with sting beans and chick peas

S- SF fudgepop

I have not been to hungry lately with everything going on, but if I have a snack it would be nuts, jello or a few whole wheat crackers

HI

Well I would not beat yourself up over meals that are not south beach friendly, I have had many vacation days and parties since June. I take a meal off and enjoy myself. But I remind you I go back on stay strict. You have to do what's best for you or the south beach lifestyle will not work for you.

I am pretty good about getting the beans, water, vegs and yogurt in most days. I think everyone needs support of some kind. I am more then welcome to be email buddies with anyone whom needs it. Just drop me a line jenniferann220@yahoo.com

Just believe in yourself, you can do it..

Well my grandparents are still very ill, but they are in the same rehab hospital now. So its been easier to go to one place everyday. Thanks for asking.

MY Menu today is:

B=Bacon Strips wrapped in eggbeater ometlet,1/2 c 1% milk for tea.

S=1 wedge Canteloupe

L= Mexeican Burrito(black bleans, salsa wrapped up in a WW tortilla,Large salad greens with a tomato cut up in quarters with F. V.

S= l/f Yogurt

D=salad with F.V. ,Eggplant Parm. with 1 c WW spaghetti and left over peppers & onions mixed in.

Dessert=Fruit Parfait

Suzy! I love your email signature. How cute!!! I am totally stressed out with this move. I have so much to do! I'm having a huge garage sale on Friday and Saturday. So just getting everything ready for that is a chore and a half. I'm still very anxious to be moving to Fairbanks. I can't wait. I will be sure to share my journey.


I haven't been very faithfull to sbd. I've had a few slip ups here and there and therefore my weight has stayed the same. Thank goodness it hasn't move up. I'll get my footing once I'm settled. Plus I'll have more time to work out!
