Hi Everyone,

I haven't been on in a few days...I really missed all of you...I've been going and going the past few days...

Anyway I just need some support and some motivation...I've cheated a couple of times...I just don't know what to do...I feel like I'm completely losing it...

My time of the month will be next week; I've been having more cramps than usual and bleeding this week which is just making me miserable. The cravings have been unbearable; they've made me so cranky....

We went to Chucky Cheese this weekend w/ the kids for a party...of course there was pizza; I could have had a salad but I'm getting so sick of salad.... anyway started to eat a few bites of pizza and dh got on to me for it...he really made me mad...we had a huge discussion after that...

Then we have labor day...grilled food was great! but I ate baked beans not to SBD friendly. Then I had a few chocolate chip cookies....

Today I just totally lost it... I had ice cream 2 bowls of it...it was sooo darn good....

I've had so many compliments...dh is so proud of me...my belly is getting flatter and flatter but I'm going to gain it all back if I don't stop....

Words of encourgament needed....Sorry for being so lenghty...Thanks for reading...

Hello Angela

You think you are a cheater. Let me tell you about cheating. I really fell off of the wagon this past week-end, and the scale shows 4.5 lbs heavier because of it.

I went to visit my boyfriend who lives 5 1/2 hours away. Ate the wrong foods while I was there plus drank, beer. On my way back to drive home, I stopped at a gas station, bought a bag of chips, kit kat bar and twizzlers. Before you know it, I ate everything in a matter of an hour. Stopped at A & W and had a whistle dog, onion rings and a root beer. Got home had 6 chocolate chip cookies with milk. Also ate some apple loaf. The next day I had a meeting all day, got back on track for breakfast & dinner.....then I had a cherry streudel, and two choclate bars. On my way home, picked up boneless chicken wings from KFC, made ichiban noodles.....then I had apple crisp with ice cream. WHY!!!! WHY!!!! WHY!!!!

Wednesday is my weigh in, and like I said in less than a week I gained almost 5 lbs. What a disaster. I know where you are coming from. I wasn't hungry when I ate these things, I don't even know if I was even craving them. I'm thinking because of my visit with my boyfriend. We don't get to see eachother too much, so when we say our good-byes, it is very hard, tears included. I never thought I was an emotional eater, but obviously I am. So the day is almost over, and so far I have been faithful with P1. I will stay on it for a few days to get myself back on track. That is what I like about this way of eating. If I keep on eating the way I did, my comfortable size 8's will be my snug size 12's. Don't want that. Just get back on track. If I can do it, so can you.

HUGS!

Karen,

Sorry to hear that you're going through this too....I guess I'm like you an emotional eater....

This is really tough...I know that I can do this if I stay on this board; but without you guys I will fail....

BTW a size 8 great job!!!!I wish I were an 8 that is my goal; I'm a lose 10 right now!

Hope you get to feeling better...

((((HUGS)))))

Angela in this eating plan there really are no "cheats"... just occasional treats.

Angela, the best part about SBD is that any time you fall off the wagon, there are no scoldings, no hardcore rules that you have broken.

Hi guys,

Wow I thought I was bad lol! I know i'm not the only one who "cheats" but its comforting to know that even the devoted SBer's slip up. After 3 weeks of not "cheating" on Sat I came home from Melbourne and ate 2 chocolate icing donuts, half a cream & jam roll cake thing, a cheese and bacon roll, a bowl of Spagetti, and some bread. Now I didn't really feel guilty about the spagetti and bread...but the other stuff...boy oh boy I felt so sick that will teach me to eat so much sugar in one go. Its like u just stuff yourself coz u think "only this once, eat as much as u possibly can"...but u end up making yourself sick!

We'll i'm glad I got that off my chest and today I ate a chicken drumstick instead of the breast, but that was about it lol.

Glad u guys are here!!!
