Too many carbs planned for today?

I'm still in my first week of Phase 2 and so far have lost 2 lbs. I feel like I'm doing well and don't want to screw it up!
OK, my question. Today I had the oatmeal and strawberries for breakfast. I was planning on having cheese for a snack, and then I have leftover South Beach meatloaf from last night that I thought I'd eat for lunch. (It's the recipe from the book.) I was going to have a more Phase 1 like dinner and then the pear ricotta dessert.
Does that sound too carb-heavy? There's oatmeal in the loaf and I had oatmeal for breakfast.
